Front Desk Coordinator
Location : Freeport Primary and Immediate Care
Employment Type : Part-time
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient, and caring front office experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
· Greeting patients with professionalism and a positive attitude
· Answering phones, scheduling appointments and managing incoming inquiries
· Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays.
· Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring smooth patient flow
· Supporting clinical staff and providers with administrative coordination
Key Requirements
· Front office experience preferred
· Medical office experience required
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Excellent time management skills
· Strong multitasking ability
