🌸🍦 Spring Fling Ice Cream Social at Heritage Woods of Freeport 🍦🌸

What a wonderful day celebrating spring with our residents, families, and staff! The Spring Fling Ice Cream Social brought everyone together for sweet treats, smiles, and great company.

We also enjoyed a special presentation from Jared with Sanctuary Hospice, who shared helpful information and support resources with our community. We appreciate you taking the time to connect with our residents and families.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success. Moments like these are what make our community so special!

We kicked off the morning the best way we know how—moving, smiling, and “stretching” into a fun day here at Heritage Woods of Freeport! 💪😊

Our residents enjoyed a light stretching session to get their bodies moving and their spirits lifted. From gentle exercises to plenty of laughter, it was the perfect way to start the day feeling energized and connected.

Staying active is just one of the many ways we support healthy, happy living in our community—and mornings like this make it even more special!
