We are excited to share that the Illinois Health Facilities & Services Review Board (HFSRB) unanimously approved FHN's change of ownership at their meeting today. While this is not a final step, it is one of several important milestones that bring us much closer to completing our affiliation as Mercyhealth FHN.

The HFSRB ensures that healthcare expansions or changes are truly necessary, beneficial, and strategically placed to meet community needs—supporting access where it matters most.
