This year Uprise members put together care bags for , participated in a dozen fundraisers for different local families or charities in need, and inspired and amazed us by how they show up for each other on + off the mat.

You might never have considered it, but if you aren’t excited to see the people you work out with, how the hell are you supposed to keep the motivation to show up?

If we’re new to fitness or it doesn’t come to us “naturally”, beware that your brain 🧠 will find any possibly reason not to get to class 👀

An easy reason to convince yourself not to go = when you aren’t excited to see anyone there, no one’s expecting you, no one cares if you show or not, or it feels intimidating and competitive when u walk thru the door.

We know that the most valuable thing we have at Uprise is our studio culture. Nothing comes second ❤️‍🔥 these people show up, turn up, light each other up! And we’ll do it for you, too 👯‍♀️
