🌅 Freeport - we know, you want to soak up every minute of summer ☀️ Well, here’s our FREE offering to you - a show of our gratitude for this town and community!

Join us for a six week series of free yoga, every Thursday at Winslow Park + Campground, 7-8 am.

Start out the (long) weekend with a sense of peace and groundedness after immersing yourself in nature with a steady, soft practice that will accommodate all levels and abilities. Leave feeling connected and clear in your body and mind. 🕊️

Pre registration is strongly encouraged as it allows us to send you notifications if class is cancelled due to weather. 🌧️ Please bring your own mat.
