Our Monthly Book Club was held today and residents are jazzed for what's coming next!
This month we dived into - The Help by Kathryn Stockett, a real page-turner. The Help spent over 100 weeks on The New York Times bestseller list - talk about a long-term relationship! It won the Indies Choice Book Award for Adult Debut and the Goodreads Choice Award for Best Fiction in 2009. She has been going there for over 35 years, helping people with medical needs, birthing kits, library books, reading glasses, and various other projects.
