Our attitude towards life events is what changes our destiny. If you think life isn’t fair or you have bad luck or you deserve more or you don’t like someone’s attitude etc etc you are focusing on external events controlling who you are. Your ego is saying I am a victim, my life is crap because, I have no control over my destiny.
If you choose to be happy right now, practice gratitude for everything you have and every experience you have had right now then you will change the energy you give out and the energy you attract.
When you reflect negative energy you end up in a downward spiral of despair, bad mood, low energy and negative thoughts will multiply. When you choose to look at the positives then the energy rises and keeps rising.
Before you know it you will be soaring....
