Living Healthier and Happier
Hello there I welcome you to our M&E online community. My name is Erica Z. Schuessler I am 40 years old. Five years ago I was introduce to the wonderful world of health and fitness. Let me tell you I fell in love with the process. I manage to gain so much confidence, energy, strength and endurance. I was presented the opportunity to help people and I took it. Three years ago I met my husband Marcus Schuessler now 39 years old. He quickly fell in love with the plan, (he couldn't believe how someone could be so happy) and his wellness journey started. Him having lost 65 pounds we decided to open up a small gym with a nutrition bar in our small town of Freer, TX. Having the desire to help change peoples lives one at a time has bought so many blessing into our life and our community. We will continue to do so under our Heavily Fathers permission.
Our mission is making our community Healthier and Happier. SOUL-MIND-BODY
