Congratulations to these Paws First teams who recently successfully completed all requirements for the American Kennel Club (AKC) Canine Good Citizen (CGC) examination and AKC Trick Dog certification: Jamie Sage and Charlie, Jasmine Walker, Brayden G., and Chai, and Saraya DePuy, Adam O., and Bear, David Tucker, James B., and Bert, and Regina Durbin and Louie.
Completion of these certifications represents a significant achievement, reflecting a high level of commitment, training, and teamwork. As outlined in the Paws First Program Overview, the CGC exam is a comprehensive, ten-step evaluation that assesses a dog’s ability to demonstrate appropriate behavior, responsiveness, and composure in various real-world situations.
