Congratulations to Jenje Roberts for being a recipient of the Jim Purcell Excellence Award! This award is given to staff of COFCCA member agencies who demonstrate excellence in their jobs in honor of former President and CEO, Jim Purcell.
Since joining The William George Agency in 2018, Jenje has been a consistent and dedicated presence in the Massachusetts Cottage Program. She has worked her way up from Youth Care Specialist to Shift Leader and, most recently, to Assistant Cottage Manager—a testament to her leadership and impact.
Jenje’s commitment is evident in her unwavering dedication to maintaining a structured, therapeutic environment. She is known for her direct and honest communication style, which is particularly effective in working with emotionally distressed youth. Residents trust her because she sets clear expectations while providing the support they need to succeed.
Jenje plays a critical role in maintaining a strong and supportive work culture at The William George Agency. She leads by example, demonstrating resilience and professionalism even in the most challenging situations. Her ability to remain calm under pressure has made her a go-to leader, both for staff and residents.
