Mental health is just as important as physical health and essential for overall well-being at every stage of life. We all can help reduce stigma and promote the recovery of individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges at any age by choosing to be a part of their support system. Early intervention and support, especially for children, can make a difference. Each person's mental health journey is unique - a strong support system can help in the moment, as well as over time. Join us in strengthening support systems everywhere to bring about life-long wellness. Reach out to a professional if you or someone you know is struggling.

Service to others has long-been a tradition at WGA. We're pleased to share these pics of youth and staff from Grace Cottage participating in a Memorial Day service project at Glenwood Cemetery in Homer, NY. Continuing a seven-year practice, our teams collaborated with the American Legion Post 465, Homer, NY to honor veterans by placing American flags on veterans' graves. We're proud to support this meaningful community effort.
