Hypnobirthing Education Classroom!

Where you feel comfortable in your learning environment so you feel comfortable in your birthing environment!
A class series is 5 (3 hour) classes where you learn all the basics of birthing, labor prep, breastfeeding, and postpartum care! You’ll learn how to create a more comfortable birthing experience (no matter where you birth).

So excited to be offering birth education classes (group and private classes) as well as mobility coaching (pelvic floor and diastasis healing) to help you find the strength that’s already inside of you!

My journey into motherhood (much like everyone else) came like a major storm, crashing through my world, and making me start from scratch.

I lost myself in all senses, not knowing how to get back. I thought I did the research, I thought I did what I needed to stay in control of the ship. I know now, that while I had a sense of where I wanted to go, I knew very little about sailing (birth).

Now I have all the tools, not just for myself, but for others! Through mind, body, and spirit we can create better outcomes for families!

Let’s aim for more than just “Healthy mom, healthy baby.” Let’s strive for Happy Mom, Happy Baby.

I can’t wait to share the journey with you! 💜
