Welcome, everyone. I'm Urmila, also known as Mila – a published Author, personal Life Coach, Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki Master, a passionate Yoga Instructor, and am earning my yoga therapist credential.
I am a firm believer in the inner ability we all possess to heal ourselves naturally. My personal experience of natural and healthy living has prevented me from any serious medical issues. I use my passion and expertise and radiate them by sharing sustainable practices and building inner strength to overcome fear, lack of self-confidence, and more so you can be able to live a healthy and harmonious life.
My goals are to bring awareness and empower you to achieve a well-balanced lifestyle.

Here’s what I offer: -
Holistic life coaching: I will guide and support you in achieving your health and wellbeing goals and behavior change. I will work as a guide toward an overall healthier lifestyle. I will help you discover why you want to change and what steps need to happen for success.
If you have moderate to high risk for chronic conditions, I may provide counseling and different methods of holistic wellness, such as Yoga or Reiki.
Through this process, you gain clarity, new perspectives, conviction, strength, power, and confidence to mover forward. You are then able to set better goals, take more action, make decisions, and more fully use your natural strengths.
Yoga Classes - whether you are an absolute beginner or at a more advanced level, my classes offer a safe space in which you can deepen your practice and draw upon your personal needs. I offer different levels in each class, customized according to your needs.
We will be working on the five layers of human existence (the Pancha kosha) using the Breath, Body, and Awareness.
•The physical layer (Annamaya kosha) -Asanas, Kriyas, Diet, Bandhas. : Yoga improves muscle strength, stamina, immunity, and metabolic stability. Yoga teaches you to stretch the muscles and relax them after each practice. Yoga helps decrease breath rate and helps increase lung capacity.
•The energy layer (Pranamaya Kosha) – Routine Pranamaya practices can open and release blocked energy.
•The mind (Manomaya Kosha)-Meditation techniques, Bhajans, Karma Yoga. Constant practice of yoga will improve emotional stability, promote positive mental health.
•The Intellect layer (Vijnanamaya Kosha)-Happiness analysis. Yoga improves memory and gives deep rest to the autonomic nervous system. In this layer, we are able to identify what is good for me and what is not.
•The Bliss layer (Anandamaya Kosha) –Working to maintain this and remove habitual thought patterns/tendencies (Vasanas) bringing clarity and spiritual connection.
Reiki Healing:
•One on one healing session or group session: on-line for 15-30 minutes or one hour in person.
•Reiki 1 & II weekend Classes;
Convenient weekend classes are informal, informative, and a transformational blend with western/Japanese and Eastern techniques.
The course is practically oriented. The student practices how to heal themselves and their colleagues within the Reiki class and until they receive full confidence. The students learn different Reiki symbols and will learn where and how to apply them. They also perform distance healings, such as healing from one part of the globe to another, doing so remotely. They learn how to send healing to their loved ones through photos or written material.
Reiki Master class - Learn how to heal yourself and others through placement. Not only will you learn the techniques of self-healing, but you will also learn how to perform distance healing to loved ones across the globe through photos or written material.
