Where One Chapter Closes, Another Begins

After 4.5 years of holding space, sharing laughter, tears, healing, and hope within our walls, Sirona Natural Healing will be closing the doors of our brick-and-mortar location at the end of the month. This is not a time of sorrow, but a time to heal, a time to grow, and a time to release the burdens that pulled me from both my energy and my children. Letting go of this chapter is not an ending, but a liberation, creating space for new beginnings.

From the very start, Sirona has been more than a shop—it has been a family. Together we have celebrated milestones, supported one another through challenges, and created bonds that reach far beyond crystals, herbs, or candles. You have walked in as customers and left as friends, soul sisters, brothers, and kindred spirits. The love, laughter, and community you’ve shared here have been the heartbeat of everything we’ve built.

Part of this pause also comes from a deeply personal place. I created Sirona from my own journey of healing, transformation, and the desire to help others find peace and connection in their darkest moments. Along the way, I’ve realized that in order to continue to serve others, I must return to myself—nurturing my spirit and being fully present for my children in the ways they need me most. This season is a chance to honor the very reasons Sirona was born: love, healing, and family. Just as the earth rests in winter so it may bloom again in spring.

Stay tuned, dear friends. Sirona will rise again in new ways, with new offerings, and the same heart. Until then, may you remember that every ending carries the seed of transformation, and every pause holds the promise of becoming.

Rick and Jackie were both raised on farms and have continued that lifestyle. We enjoy many kinds of gardening and also do a lot of residential and business landscaping in the area. We both became Master Gardeners and have participated in many local projects, serving as officers in the organization years ago.

Our interest in saving the honeybee population led us to take a beekeeping class. Soon after, we began selling extra honey, and the business was born. It grew quickly as customers began requesting a variety of bee-related products. Our product line has continued to expand to where it is today, always striving to make the most of what the bees produce.

We enjoy gardening and beekeeping as a way to help people and support the farmers around us. Between landscaping for others, tending our own plants and gardens, and caring for our bees, life on the farm stays busy. Jackie works a regular nursing job, while Rick handles landscaping, beekeeping, and other family responsibilities. Together, we manage honey marketing and stock local stores with honey and bee products.

At Kindred Country Farms, there is seldom a dull moment.
