It's a perfect way to end the hectic work week! Come relax and enjoy a relaxing and slow yoga practice in the glow of a candlelit room.
Yin yoga emphasizes long-held, deep, and passive stretching, to enhance flexibility and replenish the fluids in the connective tissue (including ligaments, bones, tendons, and joints) in our hips, pelvis, and spine. In doing so, it improves the flexibility and strength of the entire body and releases stagnant energy in the body.
SPECIAL TREAT: On the last Friday of each month, this yoga practice will be elevated by immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath, featuring the resonant tones of crystal and metal singing bowls. The combination of Yin yoga and sound therapy creates a powerful opportunity for renewal, balance, and deep relaxation.
Suitable for all levels and great for improving circulation, energy, and overall health.
