Yoga Basics with Melina
12:30-1:30pm
Sundays: October 12, October 19, November 2, November 9
Yoga Basics is an introduction to yoga.
Explore the fundamentals of traditional poses and get an introduction to flowing practice, body awareness, yoga breathing, and relaxation techniques.
The class is taught at a slower pace and props and modifications are used extensively so you can work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment.
This class is ideal for newcomers to yoga and beginners. All levels are welcome.
Open to MBZ clients and the public.
