People choose Fremont because it is a city with strong neighborhoods, great schools, beautiful parks, a diverse and welcoming community, and a high quality of life.

We have worked hard to make Fremont a place where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and residents feel connected to their community. At the same time, we know rankings are not the finish line. There is still more to do to make our city even better and even happier — including continuing to improve public safety, addressing homelessness, supporting affordability, investing in neighborhoods, and expanding opportunity for all residents.

This is what a successful session of Graston Technique looks like! Don't be alarmed...the redness is from breaking up fibrotic tissue and releasing muscle fiber adhesions.

It's an effective form of soft tissue therapy for conditions such as frozen shoulder, post surgical incisions, elbow tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and trigger points.

Research through 2026 consistently shows a strong inverse correlation between activity—physical, mental, and social—and the risk of developing dementia.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY has the HIGHEST positive impact on brain health - more than cognitive or social activity.

• Risk Reduction: High levels of physical activity in midlife (ages 45–64) and late life (65+) are associated with a 41% to 45% lower risk of dementia.

• The "35-Minute" Threshold: A 2025 Johns Hopkins study found that just 35 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous activity per week was linked to a 41% lower risk compared to being sedentary.
