Most of you know that I have been working out at Orangetheory for the past 5 years. It’s the only program that has held me stay consistent and accountable.
Like you, I need coaching/motivation.
Like you, I’m lazy.
Like you, I get hurt and experience setbacks too.
The past month I’ve suffered from a stress fracture in my foot, tendinitis in my knee, and a muscle strain in my hip. Despite it all , I still went to class and modified my routine.
Yesterday was the the first day I returned to running and it felt GOOD!
So find the thing that keeps you motivated. And realize that any progress is progress that is moving you in the right direction! Make your health a priority! 💪🏼🔥🤩
