Over a year ago, Brittany joined our Home Health team straight out of nursing school—and today, she’s thriving.
“I grew up in a nursing home with parents who worked there, and I spent 12 years as a CNA/CMA before becoming an RN. Being hired right after graduation was a little scary at first, especially in such an independent role—but my coworkers made the transition so much easier. They’re always there to support me, and that makes all the difference.
Working for Nye and caring for patients in their homes doesn’t feel like a job—it’s something I truly enjoy waking up to do. I’m thankful for the opportunity I was given, and proud of how much I’ve learned and grown.” 💙

For Norma, home health care has been about more than recovery—it’s been about regaining confidence and safety at home. Through occupational therapy, she worked on decluttering her apartment, making it easier to move around and creating a safer, more comfortable living space.
