Spring habits that support you — and the planet.

When you build healthy habits for yourself, you can build them for the world around you, too. Earth Day is a great reminder that the small choices we make each day can support both our health and the environment.

Here are a few simple ways to celebrate while staying aligned with your goals:

🥗 Lean & Green meals can do double duty. Lean proteins and fresh vegetables help nourish your body while encouraging more whole foods in your daily routine.

💧 Reuse and refill. Keep a reusable water bottle nearby to stay hydrated and cut down on single-use plastics.
♻️ Recycle when you can. Break down and recycle boxes to help reduce waste.
🚶 Spend time outdoors. Take a walk, get some fresh air or add a little extra movement to your day while reconnecting with nature.

Today is Your Day.

Daily Health Tip:

Springtime routines got a little laid back. This is normal. But spring is a great time to reset a few daily habits and build momentum again! Let’s Go!

Progress doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from small things you repeat consistently.

Here are a few simple ways to reset your routine this season:

Start your morning with intention — Before the day gets busy, check in with your plan and set one small health goal for the day.

Stick to your structure — Consistent meals help support steady energy and keep hunger from taking over (your metabolism loves rhythm).

Move a little more often — A walk after meals, stretching breaks or taking the stairs all count.

Hydrate first — Start your day with water before coffee or anything else. Consider adding EAAs to your water to help support healthy muscle and post-exercise muscle recovery.*

Check in with your coach — Sometimes the best reset is simply reconnecting with the support that keeps you moving forward.

Small resets create big momentum. You can do this!

That is great insight to the effects of coffee in your system.

I drink two or more cups of coffee a day. Recently I have stayed away from coffee during the afternoon and evening hours.

A good night sleep is so important for our wellbeing.

Survivors by God’s Mercy

Charles Joughin was a sailor from the young age of eleven. He served as a baker on a number of ships and, in 1912, got hired on to a cruise ship sailing out of Southampton, England. That ship, the Titanic, hit an iceberg in the Northern Atlantic.

As the ship went down, Joughin helped people into lifeboats. He himself stood atop the end of the Titanic as it sunk vertically into the water. Miraculously, he survived.

Thirty years later, during World War II, Charles was on another ship, the RMS Oregon. It was rammed by another vessel, and it also sank. Remarkably, Joughin survived again.

When have you felt like you’re drowning in life?

How do you understand God’s offer of a lifeboat?
