What started as a simple idea—a few of us local mental health therapists getting together to talk about work and life—has turned into something truly meaningful.
We weren’t sure if it would be a one-time thing. But something clicked. Since then, we’ve continued to meet regularly, and it’s become something we truly look forward to. These conversations have been grounding, energizing, and deeply supportive. They remind us that even though we each practice independently, we’re not alone.
What’s the most meaningful is that there’s never been a sense of competition in the room—only collaboration, mutual respect, and shared purpose. We refer to one another, consult with one another, and celebrate each other’s growth. Each therapist brings a unique lens, and when we put our heads together, we’re better able to serve our clients and our broader community.
We believe that when therapists support each other, everyone benefits—especially those we serve. We’re proud to be part of a professional community where connection and care are valued just as much as clinical expertise.
Not all members of our group are pictured here, but each one plays a special part!
Here’s to growing together.
