At Sandusky County Public Health, we're here to support you every step of the way. If you have a newborn under 6 weeks old, you're eligible for a free Welcome Home visit—right in the comfort of your own home.
One of our registered nurses will visit to share helpful information, answer your questions, and provide valuable resources. Plus, we’ll bring a special gift for your baby!
