Our Story

Elmwood Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing of Fremont is a single-floor Victorian style facility adorned with several beautiful turrets, shaker shingle roofing, and grand front porches. A Victorian theme décor enhances the grand foyers, ice cream parlor/juice bars, solariums and beautiful, full dining rooms. Charming neighborhoods are found throughout the community for family and friends to gather, along with a beauty/barber shop, hydro spa/whirlpool and cozy fireplaces

Whether entering our Assisted Living community on the east entrance or our Skilled Nursing community at the north entrance, each entrance greets our guests with comfy wicker seating for those warm, pleasant afternoons. Comfy benches also line the paved walking paths that surround the exterior of the community. Residents truly enjoy their daily walks around the landscaped grounds. It’s the perfect place to also just relax and enjoy your day!

Elmwood of Fremont offers 24-hour nursing and a secured memory care neighborhood specifically devoted to the care of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other memory impairments. This area also features a beautiful, secured garden to allow for safe outdoor activity, walks, and gardening.

Individuals recovering from an illness, accident or surgery will appreciate all of the benefits and amenities offered in our state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehab facility. Inpatient and Outpatient rehabilitation is provided by our 5 star “awesome” caregiving teams! A large, therapy gym and warm water pool are also available.
