Since many of you have asked, we've taken a closer look at the safety of “tanning injections” like Melanotan. Unfortunately, the medical literature shows real risks — including melanoma (skin cancer).
Documented cases include:
• A man who developed melanoma in-situ after using Melanotan
• A 20-year-old who developed melanoma within months of use
• A 23-year-old who later required removal of three separate melanomas

These are unregulated, research-only peptides, not approved treatments.
