Heartland Hospice Fremont MI has been out celebrating National Assisted Living Week This week.

First, a fun luau at Fountain View Fremont. Chaplain Elsie and Hospice Care Consultant Jackie served punch to residence and their guests along with their wonderful life enrichment director!

Then, several of our team members joined Administrator Brittany and her team for the Carnival at Royalview, and spun up some cotton candy and good times! Our social workers Hope and Nicole, Chaplain Elsie, HCC Jackie had a great time!
