My Personal Health Journey Transformed into a Healer’s Path…

I never imagined, even in a million years, that my life’s purpose would be rooted in intuitive healing. Yet, each day, as I place my hands on someone’s feet, guide them through Foot Zoning, energy healing, or lead them in the profound work of Emotional Freedom Technique, I’m reminded that I’m here to help people transform and embrace their best lives.

Lately, I feel my intuition and gifts expanding to a new level. I’m increasingly aware of the unseen—of energies and attachments that can cloud a person’s true essence. So many of us walk around feeling foggy, disconnected, and burdened with feelings of unworthiness and self-doubt. It’s a common struggle in our world, affecting nearly everyone I meet. Yet, I am constantly reminded of the power within each of us to transform when we receive the right support.

Just yesterday, I worked with a woman weighed down by anxiety, unsure of her purpose, and feeling lost. In our session, we released the negative energies that had attached to her, restoring her inner peace and alignment. We both felt a profound shift, and she left radiating a light and purity that was unmistakable. Moments like these feel nothing short of miraculous, and I am deeply grateful for the chance to support my clients in exploring the realms of human existence and connecting with their highest selves and the divine.

It’s been quite a week for our nation and for the world. In times of change and uncertainty, it’s natural to feel divided. But when we come back to what truly matters, we find there’s so much more that unites us than separates us. Let’s stand in faith, and not in fear. Let’s stand in abundance, and not in lack. 💫

At our core, we all share the same essential needs: love, connection, community, safety, a sense of belonging, and validation. These are the experiences that nourish our hearts and spirits and remind us of our shared humanity. 🩷✨

No matter where we come from or what we believe, these simple needs are universal. Let’s honor our connections with kindness, support one another through understanding, and remember that we’re all in this together, bound by the same essential values that make us whole.

If you’re feeling unsettled or overwhelmed, take this time to extend compassion to yourself. This is an invitation to come back to center. Whether through meditation, a walk in nature, deep breathing, or simply pausing to rest, let self-care be a priority. By nurturing ourselves, we’re better able to be there for each other.

It’s a privilege working with my amazing clients and witnessing their transformations. Here’s Liz’s story:

“After working with hair color and being over exposed to chemicals for over  35 years, my health had taken a toll. I began having physical symptoms, including dizziness, nausea and a metal taste in my mouth every time I was near them.  It expanded to cleaning products, fresh paint, candles, air fresheners and more.

I knew the benefits of foot zoning and made an appointment with Dana. I had some basic information with detoxifying teas to clear chemicals from the body, however, Dana was able to pinpoint specifics to what would benefit my body’s needs through foot zoning and lymphatic massage.  With Dana’s guidance I have made changes to my environment, started fueling my body with specific foods, herbs and supplements. She has been instrumental in aiding me with the  cleansing process one step at a time. As I continue to heal, I’m seeing the profound impact it’s made on my life. This glowing green juice is pure goodness! Starting my day with a green juice has been transformative for my body and mind.

Juicing plays a vital role in cleansing the body of toxins and impurities, supporting healing from chronic illnesses. It also delivers essential vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants directly to your bloodstream, organs, and cells where they are most needed.

Just eating healthy fruits and vegetables is great, but juicing takes your health to the next level. I aim for 16 to 32 ounces of juice to kick off my day. This practice has been a game-changer for me, my family, and my clients. This green juice gives you lasting energy without the need for caffeine or the side effects of coffee—no sugar crashes, just raw, organic vitality.

🌿 Recipe:
- 1 full bunch of celery
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 cucumber
- 1-2 green apples

**Directions:**
1. Wash and cut all ingredients into small chunks.
2. Run them through a juicer and enjoy immediately for the highest nutrient benefits. You can also store it in the fridge in a glass container for up to one day.

It’s steaming hot this week with temperatures soaring over 100°F. Beat the heat with my delicious Orange Mango Banana Smoothie! This refreshing treat is like a dream in a glass and perfect for a snack or an afternoon pick-me-up, packed with vitamin C goodness.

Here’s the recipe to enjoy:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 2 bananas
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup orange juice or coconut water

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a Vitamix until smooth and enjoy it cold!

🥞✨ Weekend Breakfast Treat - Guilt-Free Pancakes ✨🥞

Happy Weekend, friends! Dive into our go-to recipe for easy Gluten & Dairy-Free pancakes, crafted with just a handful of wholesome ingredients. We love this one 😍.

After a long week, it’s time to indulge guilt-free! Take a moment to slow down this weekend, and relish in what brings you joy and rejuvenation. 😉❤️

Here’s the pancake recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups GF rolled oats (or oat flour)
- 1 cup water or plant-based milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
(Optional: 1/2 cup fresh blueberries or grated apples)

Directions:
1. Preheat a nonstick pan on medium heat (ceramic, stone earth, or other non-toxic pans).
2. Blend all ingredients (except blueberries or grated apples) in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour batter into a mixing bowl.
3. Fold in the blueberries or grated apples.
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Flip over once when cooked and brown.
5. Enjoy with raw honey or pure maple syrup & a side of fresh fruits and berries.

In the whirlwind of our daily lives, it’s rare to carve out moments for ourselves. Recently, I seized the opportunity to attend an art class, something I hadn’t indulged in since my school days. Amidst the chaos of adult responsibilities, our creative sides often lie dormant, stifling our spirits. But as I dipped my brush and painted those little trees, I felt a surge of joy and fulfillment wash over me, reconnecting with a part of myself long neglected. Let’s prioritize nurturing our creativity, freeing ourselves from the shackles of modern life to find grace, flexibility, and inner peace. Sending love and blessings your way! 💖
