We love our additional space! So much room for activities!

Been thinking about checking us out but are a little hesitant?

Here are a couple common misconceptions we hear about our cross training classes and programming.

MYTH: You need to be in shape to workout here and it’s only for young, elite athletes.

TRUTH: We meet you where you are. All workouts are scalable for all ages and fitness levels.

MYTH: Too dangerous.

TRUTH: Any activity carries risk but the risks of injury are often mitigated by proper coaching and scaling.

ALL of our coaches are well educated, CrossFit, CF-L1 trainers. Derek is the owner/head coach. Derek is CF-L2 certified and also an ISSA certified personal trainer.

We offer many classes during the day and now offer extended open gym hours Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm.

Hey everyone! The day has arrived!!! I hope everyone is feeling strong!
A few reminders about the meet tomorrow:

-Weigh-ins are from 8-8:30am. Please feel free to get there a little early. The faster we get everyone weighed in, the sooner we can get started. Please park in the back parking lot if possible, the side door will be open.

-Athlete briefing will start at 8:30 sharp. We will go over commands and rules for each lift. If you would like to provide your own spotter for bench that is great, if not, we do have plenty of volunteers ready to spot you.

-The front gym will be the warm-up area. Bars, benches, bands etc. will all be provided. We will also have some snacks and gatorade provided for you guys.

-Bring as many people as you would like to watch and cheer you on!!

-REMEMBER- this is a charity event and our main goal is to raise money for families of fallen veterans. Secondly, WE WANT TO HAVE FUN!!!!! So don't take it too seriously. Cheer each other on and have a good time!
