🚨 Important Insurance Update for Our Patients 🚨

We want to make our patients aware of an upcoming change that UnitedHealthcare (UHC) is making — this is not a change initiated by our company. (Letter is attached to this post)

📅 Effective April 1, 2026, UnitedHealthcare will be changing participation for select Medicare Advantage (Medicare Replacement) plans, which impacts how DME and respiratory services are managed. This does include Medica Advantage plans as well.

👉 What this means for patients with a UHC/Medica Medicare Advantage plan:

• You will need to either change your insurance and inform us of the change ASAP; Note: changes can be made until March 31st 2026
OR
• Contact UnitedHealthcare directly to find out where you will now need to receive your DME and respiratory care services

📬 We have mailed letters to affected patients and will continue doing our best to help where we can.
