TummyTime!™ Method is woven into everything I do as a pediatric occupational therapist — not just tummy time itself.

I’m always looking at how a baby’s muscular system and nervous system work together to support:
• Feeding (breast & bottle)
• Play and exploration
• Movement and postural control
• Regulation and comfort

When those systems are supported, babies move better, feed more comfortably, and engage more fully with their world.

This whole-baby approach is the foundation of my work — whether we’re playing on the floor, supporting feeding, or guiding early development.

✨ Because everything is connected.

Breast or bottle, feeding isn’t just about the mouth.
It’s about how a baby moves, regulates, and uses their whole body.

When there’s imbalance or stiffness , feeding can feel harder—fussy feeds, side preferences, or discomfort that’s hard to name.

As a pediatric OT, I support infant feeding by looking at movement, symmetry, and regulation, so feeding can feel calmer and more comfortable.

If you’re wondering whether feeding could feel easier, I’m happy to talk.

✨ Why I use an anatomical baby doll in OT sessions ✨

Parents often hear things like “midline,” “core support,” or “head–neck alignment”… but that’s hard to picture when you’re tired, overwhelmed, and just want to help your baby 💛

That’s where my anatomical baby doll comes in 👶🦴

Instead of just talking, I can show you:
• how your baby’s head, neck, and body work together
• why positioning matters for tummy time, play, and feeding
• how tiny adjustments can reduce effort, reflux, and frustration
• what supportive (not restrictive!) hands-on help really looks like

You get to see it, feel it, and practice it—so when you’re home with your baby, you feel confident instead of guessing.

OT isn’t about “fixing” babies.
It’s about helping parents understand their baby’s body and cues 💕

And confidence + consistency = real progress.

If you want hands-on, whole-body support for your baby, I’m here 🤍

✨ The power of rhythm, breath & connection ✨

Did you know that simple things like humming, singing, and slow breathing can actually support your baby’s body in big ways?

When we hum or sing to our babies, their nervous system begins to entrain to ours — meaning their breathing, heart rate, and muscle tone start to organize and settle. 💛

This can help with:
• Torticollis – by reducing unbalanced muscular tension and supporting more balanced movement
• Reflux & feeding challenges – by calming the vagus nerve and improving coordination of suck–swallow–breathe
• Overall regulation – helping your baby feel safe, grounded, and ready to move and feed

Your voice is one of the most powerful tools you have. You don’t need to sing perfectly — your baby just needs you.

As a pediatric OT, I help families learn how to use connection, positioning, movement, and rhythm to support feeding, head shape, and whole-body development — in ways that feel natural and doable at home.

✨ If your baby struggles with feeding, tension, reflux, or head turning preferences, I’d love to support you.

At Playful Heart Pediatric OT, I look at the whole baby 🤍
Reflux, colic, and sleep challenges aren’t just about feeding or positioning—they’re about regulation, connection, and development.

Alongside baby reflexology, I support families through:
👣 gentle nervous system regulation strategies
🍼 feeding and oral-motor support (breast & bottle)
🧠 tummy time and early motor development
🌿 head shape monitoring and positioning guidance
🤍 parent education that builds confidence—not pressure

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—just thoughtful, supportive care for you and your baby.

🫁 Breathing, feeding, and facial growth are deeply connected.

Whether your baby is breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing both, the way they feed can influence:
• nasal vs mouth breathing
• tongue posture & lip seal
• palate shape & jaw development
• head & neck alignment
• long-term airway health

As a pediatric occupational therapist, I support infants with a whole-body, evidence-based approach to feeding and development.

👶 What that looks like in my practice:
✔️ Deep latch & efficient milk transfer support
✔️ Paced, side-lying bottle feeding strategies
✔️ Ni**le flow & bottle guidance (no one-size-fits-all)
✔️ Gentle oral-motor support for tongue elevation & cupping
✔️ Positioning to reduce reflux, fatigue & tension
✔️ Early head shape & symmetry monitoring when indicated

These early foundations matter — not just for feeding, but for breathing, sleep, and facial growth as your baby develops 🤍

✨ Breast & bottle friendly
✨ Parent education you can actually use at home
✨ Support that meets your baby where they are
