I am back in my student journey & back in college, plus working, being a mom & wife…. Trying to find a beautiful balance where I can also share all this fiery inspiration I have been having lately🫠🫠🫠

UNPLUGGED✨1/1 ~ 1/11✨

Happy New Year beautiful souls❤️‍🔥

Actuallyyyy it’s just another day🤫🤫🤫🤫

This energy is just putting me into hibernation mode & with all the shifts I’ve been experiencing, it’s time to call pull back my energy from places where it’s been unappreciated or undervalued. This goddess does not THRIVE in survival mode. Time to refocus on my goals, dreams & visions I have and to just connect deeper with myself.

It is time for a REBIRTH❤️‍🔥

The outside world has gotten extra loud lately, but my guides & my connection to source is even louder so I’m taking this opportunity to deepen these connections within😌

I hope you all have safe celebrations & a wonderful beginning of this 9 year…. I’m so ready 444 it & this energy it is bringing already. Remember, change is the only constant🌀

I am so excited to announce that I will be debuting my workshop: Let Movement Be Your Guide: A Journey to Embracing Freedom of Expression & Deeper Embodied Connection to Self, at Women’s Circle on Monday, 11/11 led by which will be meeting at ✨

This particular gathering is for women only, but this is just the beginning of a beautiful journey & I hope to be sharing this workshop more in the coming months, so there will be more opportunities in the future to attend🙏

✨What’s this workshop about?✨

In this fast-paced world, it’s easy to become distracted and disconnected from our bodies. Maybe you feel stuck in survival mode or like you’re losing parts of yourself while healing from past traumas. Perhaps your creative outlets were shamed as a child, leaving you feeling unable to freely express yourself in the now. This workshop is an opportunity to explore how intuitive flow, paired with intentional movement, a high-vibe playlist of your own creation, and the space to explore, can help you reconnect with your body on a deeper level.

Through movement, you’ll discover which tensions within you need to be released to create the space for growth, deeper connection of self and freedom of expression. Even if dance isn’t your thing, this practice will connect you to parts of yourself that you have yet to discover. We’ll also explore the flow arts and how the art of flow teaches adaptability, resilience, and the importance of honoring life’s pauses, even when their purpose isn’t immediately clear in the moment. Let movement be your guide on this journey to embracing your own unique freedom of expression and deeper embodied connection to self. 💃
