After more than 4 years… our Manchester home has closed its doors.
Writing this breaks our hearts.
Manchester wasn’t just a location. It was where we grew, where we struggled, where we celebrated wins, and where so many of you became family. It was early mornings, late nights, learning curves, tears behind the counter, laughter in the lobby, and hugs from our regulars who felt more like relatives than customers.
We truly tried everything to stay afloat. Every idea, every sacrifice, every prayer. But after a serious electrical power issue, we were left with no other option but to move forward.
To our amazing regulars — thank you for choosing us over and over again.
To the UEI students and staff — thank you for the daily rushes, the smiles, the support.
To our fellow business owners and the entire Manchester community — thank you for welcoming us, uplifting us, and standing beside us these past four years.
You didn’t just support a coffee shop.
You supported a dream. A family. A vision.
We are deeply saddened to leave the place where so much of our story began. But this is not the end of Mi Cafesito. It’s a chapter closing — not the whole book.
For now, we will be pouring all our love and energy into our Tower location, just minutes away. We hope you continue walking this journey with us. And if God allows… maybe one day we’ll return to our starting grounds, stronger than ever.
