🌙 Late night appreciation post:

I've always had difficulty completing pushups, dips and pullups. I always end up having pain that radiates from my triceps to my elbow and it feels like something is going to snap. So today hooked me up with some KT tape! 🫶🏻

Hello beautiful souls! Life is amazing and it's only getting better 🙏🏻 As you already know, I am now working at McGuire Physical Therapy as a massage therapist. I am also training to be a lymphedema therapist and will start my certification course in January. Lymphedema patients are first priority on my schedule, however I am also able to see my personal massage clients in the clinic as well! That means all you have to do is reach out to me via text or DM to secure your appointment and you can get back in the flow of things rejuvenated and ache free 😄

🌟BUSINESS UPDATES🌟

Here's what you need to know:
🔹I will now be working as an employee at McGuire Physical Therapy.
🔹My start date is November 22.
🔹I will also be seeing my own clients at this new location starting December 1st.
🔹I will be seeing my personal clients on Fridays and Saturdays only for the month of November at my current location.

I will reach out and reschedule appointments accordingly. I really appreciate the support everyone has given me since I started Holistic Muscle Whisperer 💚 I will update all of my clients as I adjust to this new change and learn more about my schedule.

❗UPDATE❗I have great news! Zeel and I have partnered together to accept referrals from your doctor/ primary care physician. The first step is to get a new referral for massage therapy from your doctor. Your doctor must initiate a referral and indicate “Zeel” on the referral. The second step is to contact Zeel at the number (877) 537-0329 or book an appointment online at va.zeel.com. Once your appointment is booked and confirmed, I can start/ continue your therapy.
