Pride is more than a celebration — it’s a movement, a reminder, and a call to action. 🏳️‍🌈💪🏽

It’s about honoring the courage of LGBTQIA+ individuals who have fought — and continue to fight — for visibility, dignity, and equality. It’s a time to reflect on how far we’ve come, and recognize how much further we still need to go.

Conducted a sound bath two weekends ago and loved every second of it! The impact it had on the students moved me and I was thankful for each of them, as they shared their experience with the practice!

It consistently reminds me how healing sound and movement can be! 🙏🏻

Last week, CAMFT approved my application and course syllabus to be a CAMFT Continuing Education Provider (CE)! I’m super happy to continue provided ce credit to not just EMDRIA individuals, but also all Licensed Professionals.

Now gotta finish my EMDRIA course and then get started on this new one. It’ll be a two day CE course focusing on trauma, the brain & body connection, and how to incorporate Somatic Practices to help support and reduce trauma symptoms! Soon to come! 💫
