Every day, he meets individuals where they are, having tough conversations when needed and reminding each person at CAP that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

He consistently supports staff, ensures needs are met, and brings a steady, compassionate presence to everything he does. 2025 was a year of growth, impact, and showing up when it mattered most. Together, RH Community Builders, CAP, and Elevate Community Services served more than 5,000 people, supported 1,344 individuals in exiting to housing, and helped 166 people complete residential substance use treatment. Our team grew alongside the need—expanding services, opening more shelter beds, and providing nearly $1.8M in housing assistance to help people take the next step forward. None of this happens without the dedication of our staff and the resilience of the individuals and families we serve—this is what community looks like in action.
