Our coffee is back in stock!!!

We've had a lot of emails asking when our coffee will be back in stock. Sorry for the delay. We had to wait for the beans to get here so could roast them. Well, they delivered today so we stopped what we were doing and packaged a bunch of coffee for you guys! It's up on the website and ready to go! Thanks!

The situation currently in our fruiting room.

We'll have have these and all of the rest of your favorite fresh gourmet mushrooms, coffee, extracts, and other mushroom products out at tonight from 5pm-9pm. The weather is going to be nice and cool with a slight breeze this evening. Perfect time to come out and enjoy some local food, produce, and crafts with the family.

Plus, you can come on out and congratulate Grizzly on winning the slap fight championship by defeating UFC star Tim Sylvia (video coming soon) or challenge him to an arm wrestling match.

This week you can get our Lions Mane, Blue Oyster, and Shiitake mushrooms. The market is located on the N/E corner of Herdon and West, next to CVS. Remember to send your receipt to sales@thecapns.com with your phone number for a free 1 oz extract of your choice.

Due to the 4th of July holiday, the farm will be closed until Monday 7/7/25 and we will not be attending the old town clovis farmers market on Friday 7/4/25. We will be attending the Visalia and Fort Washington farmers markets on Sat and Sun like usual. If you place an online order, it will ship out on Monday 7/7 when we resume normal operations.

Back in stock!! Our delicious teriyaki mushroom jerky is back in stock with a limited supply. Made from a variety of blue oyster, pink oyster, golden oyster, and king blue oyster mushrooms, grown and processed by us, here in Fresno. We will have them with us at our farmer's market locations. We're hiring!! We are looking for farmers' market associates (will occasionally assist with farm operations). Must have a pickup truck or an SUV large enough to fit out tables, tents, large totes, and other farmers' market related items. We pay extra for fuel and maintenance.
