Ever wondered about that hum in the therapy office? On any given afternoon, strolling into our office means finding closed doors and the ever present hum of our sound machines. It means sessions are in progress, words are being shared, systems are being examined, internal worlds are being seen and held. So much happens behind the hum of the sound machines and closed doors.

You may have noticed less activity here on social media and some of our ongoing monthly workshops have paused in recent months. This has been to prioritize a season of one-on-one work that we value so much with each of our clients. It's been a reminder that we aren't machinery, but 7 individual people, and we work hard to live out the things we ask each of our clients to practice: work/life balance, accepting seasons of change, and the ever varied aspect of our capacities.

We also recognize that seasons shift and are looking forward to several upcoming opportunities to engage in workshops and healing experiences here in the coming months. We can't wait to share them with our community!

We will always prioritize the therapeutic work over an online presence, so while it may be quiet here, but it's a different kind of quiet at The Reclaim.

So excited to introduce the Wild Woman Circle!

Join Naomi Wiens, Co-Founder of The Reclaim, and Katie Flinn, Owner of COIL Yoga, for a sacred evening of sisterhood, movement and healing. Together we will reconnect to our VASTNESS. Through this evening we will explore archetypal imagery, reflect on limiting beliefs around our power and personhoods, move in free form and explore the healing practices of Yoga and Somatic Experiencing.
