So it begins! Sept 23rd is the first day of my program so reminder NO CLASS. Starting on the 30th of Sept you will have a new teacher, my partner Bill, whom many of you know from class, will be taking over for the next 6 weeks. Hello my beautiful yoga fam! So if you havr not heard, I have been accepted to a Doula Program to become a Birth Advocate. I am super excited for the opportunity and something i have working towards for years! This, however, will effect our Saturday classes as I am required to spend time in class from 9am-3pm. This will begin on the 23rd and continue until Nov 4th. For right now, we will plan for no class on the 23rd of Sept, and come the 30th, we will have class with a new spin! Please know that i intend to keep the class going, so stat tuned and i will keep you posted on the changes!!
