Nazareth House Fresno is a Senior Living Community with Independent & Assisted Living, as well as a Care Center with 24/7 Licensed Nursing.

We provide a full continuum of care so our residents can age gracefully in place. Nazareth House Fresno is a hidden gem!! We are centrally located in the heart of Fresno with easy access to freeways and shopping. Our beautiful 8-acre community is unique with its park-like setting; each apartment featuring a patio that looks onto one of our 4 courtyards, and a Chapel with daily services for those that would like to attend. We provide Independent and Residential care living options as well as a Care Center for those that may require more care as time goes by. Our active calendar of daily social events, tasty and nutritious meals, and the longevity of our directors and trained team members are just a few more things that make Nazareth House Fresno a place our residents call Home.

Nazareth house is very thankful for all our community partners like Jeanette with Rancho's Craft Studios, David Reed with Seva Hospice, Trina Crispi Omnia Home Health.
