Reiki is a channeled energy healing modality that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki aids in healing one’s mind, physical and spiritual bodies. Using techniques of Usui, Karuna and Violet Flame Reiki to clear and balance chakras and promote a healthy flow of energy in and throughout the body. Reiki is a wonderful addition to current medical care. This modality works to help promote a balanced mind space before and after medical procedures by supporting the well-being of someone receiving traditional medical treatments, for example chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and kidney dialysis. Reiki helps to relieve pain and tension in the body. Reiki does NOT replace traditional medical treatments. It compliments medical and therapeutic treatments. For those already in good health, regular Reiki treatments will enhance the ability to respond to stress and is a form of preventative medicine. Shamanic Reiki
Shamanic Reiki is a deeper form of energy healing. Combining Shamanic Journey to bring back information from Nature Spirits, Ascended Masters, and Teachers to bring a more intimate and “targeted” type of healing. This service begins the day before a scheduled appointment. As a Shamanic Practitioner I will go to Spirit in a Shamanic Journey to bring back the medicine required for your treatment. On the day of the appointment, you will receive not only traditional Reiki, but a combination of other services, including but not limited to drumming, tuning forks, guided meditation, movement, sound bowls, chimes, burning of certain herbs, and more. Vibrational Sound Therapy
Vibrational Sound Therapy is based on the principle that everything in the Universe is made of vibration. When our body vibrates at a certain level/frequency, it affects our energy and emotions. This form of therapy consists of using tuning forks on acupuncture points on the body to raise the vibrational frequency flow. Facilitating in breaking down energetic blockages in the chakras and meridians of the body to allow for a fluid state of energy flow. I use tuning forks on the body, along with sound bowls, chimes, rattles and even drums to help release pain, anxiety and improve the flow if energy in the body.

“💔 My Heart Is Broken & A Line Must Be Drawn!

Today, I grieve……🥹

I grieve not only the tragic death of Charley Kirk, a 31-year-young man, a husband, a father, whose life was tragically cut short. But I also grieve for the deeper sickness rising to the surface of our society. The sickness that says it’s acceptable to kill because of someone’s political affiliation. Or celebrate a death because of who they voted for and their personal beliefs.

Let me be crystal clear: political violence is wrong, no matter what side you are on.

If we’ve reached a point where a life taken evokes applause instead of reflection, we must all stop and ask ourselves:

✨ What have we become?
✨ How did we get here?
✨ And more importantly… what will we choose now?

I have friends and family who hold very different political views from me, and yet there is mutual respect, dialogue, and love, because our connection is deeper than division.

We don’t have to agree to see each other.
We don’t have to vote the same to honor life. We don’t have to carry the same beliefs to recognize the sanctity of another human soul.

So if you’re reading this, I invite you, I implore you, to check yourself. Regardless of what you believe politically, ask yourself what energy you are contributing to this world. Are you healing or hurting? Are you dividing or uniting?

This is not about left or right. This is about being human. About finding the heart again.

Rest in peace, Charley Kirk. May your life not be turned into fuel for more hate, but instead a catalyst for us all to return to our core: respect for life.

Let that be where we start again.

And let me be clear, there is no room for hate in the comments of this post.
