Ebony Blockton and I collaborated with Carriage Town Ministries for a beautification project cleaning up in downtown Flint. Shout out to our November Caregiver of the Month for the Home Health office is LVN, Rolando. Rolando is part of our Novice LVN program which provides LVN's with less than a year of experience the ability to obtain more training and resources while working 1:1 with patients in their homes. Rolando has been a great addition to the case he works is great with documentation and is always very flexible and reliable for the patient and family he works with says his clinical Supervisor RN , Lisa.
