Back to Basics offers space to learn, ask questions, and move with confidence. This class is thoughtfully designed to slow down the pace, explore alignment, and build confidence through mindful movement.
We also offer Gentle Yoga, a softer, supportive option for beginners or anyone seeking a gentler experience on the mat.
