Common Eye Conditions affect millions of people and can impact daily life in different ways. Some of the most frequent include:

Refractive errors (nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, presbyopia) – often corrected with glasses, contacts, or surgery
Cataracts – clouding of the eye’s natural lens, common with aging and treatable with surgery
Glaucoma – damage to the optic nerve, often linked to pressure inside the eye, which can lead to vision loss if untreated
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) – affects central vision and can make reading or recognizing faces difficult
Diabetic retinopathy – vision changes caused by diabetes, preventable with regular eye exams and management

Regular eye exams play a key role in detecting these conditions early and protecting long-term vision.
