Growing Something Special ๐ŸŒฑ

One of our participants spent some 1:1 time planting seeds and enjoying the process step by step. With a little support, she added soil, planted her seed, and helped bring her small garden to life.

Activities like gardening help build patience, fine motor skills, and confidence while creating a calming and rewarding experience.
