Looking to add another technician to my growing salon.
Job description:
Combing through clients hair removing nits and bugs. Then treating with a non toxic treatment.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to be around bugs
2. Must be patient with kids
3. Must have a flexible schedule. Most appointments are made a day in advance.

*Hours will be limited for the month of November and December
**But than will guarantee a minimum of 8 hours per week (M-F), but each day will have different hours**

As we know most schools on campus have come to a halt for fall due to the pandemic, however, be mindful that lice is still present in certain settings. This is especially true for those whose children are registered in:

•home-based child care
•child care centers supporting healthcare workers
•private programs for pre-k & under
•daycare
•head start and/or early head start programs
•private and public preschools currently open

Some helpful tips may include:

•checking your facility’s head lice policy
•remind your children on the importance of not sharing personal items
•longer hair should be in a bun off of the shoulders

In light of recent updates in Fresno Co., we have made the tough decision to stop services at this time. To our valued customers,
We are aware of the recent updates regarding the Covid-19 & the new challenges brought to our daily lives. We want to assure our clients that we take sanitization and cleanliness very serious at our shop, as we have from the beginning. We have also implemented some new precautions in accordance with the CDC:

•We will be altering our schedules to give more time between clients, to ensure adequate disinfection of all stations & lobby
•Only one appointment or family will be seen at a time in the office to avoid unnecessary interactions (this will limit the amount of appointments available per day, so please plan accordingly)
•We strongly urge you to reschedule your appointment if you or anyone attending the appointment has fallen ill
•We can not accept clients that have cough, fever, shortness of breath, or have traveled in the past 2-3 weeks

We understand the stress of lice & that it may still be a concern during these times. If you are unable to make an appointment, please give us a call at 559-447-5423 and we can give you the best at home options possible. Until stated otherwise, we will continue to operate. As Dr. Nit Wit approaches our 8 year anniversary here in Fresno, we thought now would be the perfect time to thank all of our loyal customers. The success of our business has no doubt come from your support and trust as well as your willingness to spread the word regarding the services Dr. Nit Wit offers. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our business partners: Valley Children’s Hospital, Chowchilla School District, Esperanza Foster Family Agency, Approachable FFA, as well as Fresno and Kings county social services. • Our client today was Barbie, and she came in after multiple rounds of unsuccessful at home treatments. Our technician, Elfie, quickly put her mind at ease.
