Currently, NextDoor is reaching 16,341 people in the Northwest District, including 12,689 residences. That's about 21% of all households, and we just added another 462 in the last month. About 20% of your posts concern Crime & Safety, and we're glad those issues are important to you, because they're important to us, too.

It would be easy to assume that we see all those posts, and are aware of all the things you talk about on NextDoor. Unfortunately, that's not the case. NextDoor was created for neighbors to talk to each other, and the folks that created the system hold that value in high regard. So you can see what you're neighbors art talking about, but we cannot.

As a public agency, we can post to NextDoor, and read your comments on our posts, but we can't see your posts.

That's right, WE CAN'T SEE YOUR POSTS!

And we're okay with that. We want you to talk among yourselves without feeling like Big Brother is watching. YARD SALE: Saturday, June 3rd, 7:30 am at 3374 W. Spruce Ave. We have a lot of furniture, a gorgeous 3-piece bookcase, lots of home and garden decor, books, girls clothes M, L and jeans 3-5, washer and dryer, desk, kitchen table and chairs, and much more. We also have more than 300 Life Magazines for $1 each from the mid-50's to late-60's that have been in boxes for too long and deserve a good home. My neighbor Ron who owns Aisling Bog Pub is also having a yard sale and has a lot of furniture.
