Summer is here! Regardless of where you love to travel, make sure you take care of your feet.

Planning on enjoying time with the family at a theme park? Keep in mind that you may be walking between 8-10 miles! And that doesn't take into account all the "static standing".

Looking forward to some time in the mountains, seeing our national parks or just planning on hanging out at the lake or beach? Remember to plan your footwear. Having good shoes, appropriate for the activity is key, but be careful traveling with a brand new pair of shoes. If you need new shoes, buy them a few weeks ahead of your trip, wear them and make sure they aren't going to cause any rubbing or friction - the main cause of blisters and calluses, and real trip spoilers.
