is a 501 © (3) nonprofit corporation governed by a nine (9) member Board of Directors. The History of the Commission began in the summer of 1977 wherein a group of concerned community members realized that there were no local services for Spanish speaking people suffering from alcoholism. Although the commission was originally founded for Spanish speaking services in Fresno County, in our growth and development, we have made our services available to all English and Spanish speaking individuals and their families.

Shirts are available for SoberStock 19, being held on Saturday, September 28 in ! They will also be available on the day of, but quantities and sizes will be limited!

We are asking $20 for S - 2XL and $25 for 3XL - 4XL.

To order, please contact Gary at (559) 930-2873, who will make arrangements to get you your shirt/s. Cash is preferred, but PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App are also accepted. If you are leaving a voicemail, please make sure to give your name, phone number, and requested shirt sizes and quantities.
