Today, our team got our hands a little dirty, in the best way, digging in and planting beautiful gardenias right in front of our hospital. Community Vendor Fair Recap

Last week, we hosted our Community Vendor Fair, bringing together local organizations and healthcare providers dedicated to improving lives in our community. Vendors from Home Health, Hospice, Senior Living, Assisted Living, and more were on hand to showcase their services, offering valuable resources for families and seniors in need.

Attendees enjoyed delicious food, exciting raffle prizes, and the chance to connect with both staff and community members. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event a success!

This month, in honor of National Occupational Therapy Month, our Stroke Support Group explored topics like adapting environments for daily living, overcoming common stroke recovery challenges, and the key role occupational therapy plays in regaining independence. 🌟

The group is open to stroke survivors, family members, friends, and community members—all are welcome! Led by our very own Lead Physical Therapist and Speech Therapist, these sessions provide valuable insight and support for everyone in their recovery journey.

Join us for our next meeting on Tuesday, May 5th, at 5 PM here at San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital. We’re here to support you every step of the way! 💙
