FitnessSocial Studio is a local boutique fitness center owned by a mother/daughter duo specializing in Kettlebell & TRX training. Each client is treated as an individual and not as a "one size fits all" approach. We love helping REAL PEOPLE obtain REAL RESULTS. Our primary emphasis is to help you live a fit and healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition. In our FitnessSocial Studio we offer group classes, Boot Camps, Barre, HIIT, small-group private classes, semi-private training, private training, Customized Nutrition Programs, massage therapy, esthetician services and other additional services that promote a healthy lifestyle. We combine a passion for health and fitness and bring it all together in a fun and motivating environment to workout in. Now offering daycare and mommy and me workouts! At FitnessSocial Studio, long lasting friendships and REAL RESULTS are formed together. You will be part of something bigger than yourself and you will receive the motivation and support from FitnessSocial to build some very special relationships.

Bodie’s rare gene has no cure and we are helping raise money for research so they can continue to find a medication that works. We need your help!

Thank you so much for all the love and support. We couldn’t get through this without our village. We are so thankful. It’s going to be an extremely emotional day but I’m glad we can, hopefully, make a difference and help others hurting from this as well. 💔❤️‍🩹🙏

As many of you know, it is sick season! 🤧 Many of our instructors and clients have been battling sickness off and on and we want to make sure we are staying healthy for you! Here are a few tips on how you can help stay healthy at the studio! 🫶

We are so sorry for the shortage of classes these last few weeks. So many of our instructors have been out sick and we are doing the best we can to keep classes going and keep everyone healthy for you! Your health (physically and mentally) is our number one priority. 💪❤️

We work hard to keep the studio clean/disinfected. Work with us to keep the studio healthy and clean! Thank you for being so patient and understanding during this season! We love and appreciate you all!
