In our FitnessSocial Studio we offer group classes, Boot Camps, Barre, HIIT, small-group private classes, semi-private training, private training, Customized Nutrition Programs, massage therapy, esthetician services and other additional services that promote a healthy lifestyle. We combine a passion for health and fitness and bring it all together in a fun and motivating environment to workout in. Now offering daycare and mommy and me workouts! At FitnessSocial Studio, long lasting friendships and REAL RESULTS are formed together. Instead of hosting class on Saturday, May 2nd, I registered a team for the Angel Babies Hinds Hospice Walk in honor of our son, Bodie. 🤍🪽 our team name is Haus of Posh - Bodie Lewis.

I would love for my clients, friends, or anyone who feels called to join us—whether you walk with us or support from afar, it truly means so much.

I’m fundraising for Angel Babies Hinds Hospice to honor Bodie Lewis, who passed away on July 2nd, and to support families like ours navigating the unimaginable.

Every donation helps provide comfort, support, and resources to families walking through loss—reminding them they are not alone. Bodie’s life continues to make an impact, and we are so grateful to carry on his legacy through this mission.

Hi, I wanted to reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Ali — wife, mama to my sweet daughter Gigi (who turns 4 in June), and mama to my son, Bodie, who will forever be part of our story.

Last year we welcomed Bodie after a very traumatic pregnancy and I delivered him at 30 weeks. A few weeks later we discovered he had a rare genetic disorder called KCNT1 that caused up to 500 seizures a day and are medicine resistant. We moved to Stanford hoping to find help, but ultimately there was nothing more we could do. Bodie passed away on July 2nd at almost 4 months old — the worst day of our lives.

This past year has changed us in ways that are impossible to describe. I tried returning to running FitnessSocial while also doing esthetician services and permanent jewelry, but quickly realized I needed to slow down and focus on healing and my family.

So this is our new chapter. I remodeled a home studio and am now seeing clients from home. I’m so thankful I still get to connect with you while creating space for my family and healing. ❤️‍🩹
