We had the honor of celebrating Women’s History Month alongside the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Their presentation on Agent 355 was especially captivating—a mysterious yet powerful figure of the American Revolutionary War who played a critical role in George Washington’s Culper Ring spy network. To this day, her true identity remains unknown, making her story all the more inspiring.

Following the presentation, we were deeply moved as members shared stories of their great-great-great grandmothers—true pioneers of California. These stories reminded us of the courage it took to travel great distances, build new lives, and shape the communities we know today.

Our residents also joined in, sharing their own life journeys—creating a beautiful exchange of history, resilience, and connection.

It was a powerful afternoon filled with storytelling, inspiration, and women uplifting one another. 💪🏻❤️😊

Follow us into the strawberry patch 🍓

Today, we had the joy of sharing freshly picked, locally grown strawberries from the neighboring Sunshine’s Farm! There’s something special about enjoying fruit that’s been grown in our own community, bursting with flavor and sunshine.

Our campus-wide giveaway brought smiles to residents across The Vineyards, as everyone enjoyed this sweet taste of the season together. Moments like these reflect the simple joys that make Life in Abundance so meaningful.

🌼 Today we celebrated National Plant a Flower Day by planting beautiful marigolds together on the Ani Daily Scoop patio.

One of the greatest honors of our work is hearing from families about the care their loved ones receive. Recently we received this beautiful message from a son whose mother stayed in our Skilled Nursing Facility, and we wanted to share it with our community.

"My Mom was placed in the California Armenian Home -Skilled Nursing Facility after a hospitalization. She received excellent care. The nurses and support staff were kind, friendly, gentle and sensitive to my Mom’s individual needs. The nursing staff were very professional, explaining to my Mom what they were going to do, asking for her permission and reassuring her. The staff were welcoming when they entered my Mom’s room and greeted her with smiles. Special thanks to Gurmeet, Raj, and Jayden, her were kind and supportive to my Mom and to my family. Jayden could bring a smile to my Mom’s face when none of our family could. The staff of the Skilled Nursing Facility are “Champions” for our aging parents.
