QCC is a family friendly and person centered outpatient program, whose missions is to work with individuals and families to help them live out their fullest potential. At QCC, we begin with a comprehensive initial assessment and then work with each individual to develop a plan of care that is designed to meet their unique needs. QCC works in concert with Fresno County and the State of California t

o make services available throughout the community. Our diverse staff include licensed professionals, registered associates, and interns. QCC services are covered through Medi-Cal for those who qualify. We also offer fee for service and sliding scale for those without coverage, and are working to accept private insurance plans.
