We are a social justice oriented, affirming mental health practice that offers individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy for clients ages 5 and up specifically with clients experiencing mild to moderate severity of symptoms. We accept Medi-Cal, several major private insurance plans, and have limited openings for free or reduced-cost services. We also offer a limited number of slid
ing scale/pro bono slots for clients in need. Alongside our therapy services, we provide wellness-oriented support, including free yoga classes, parenting, communication and relationship workshops, guided breathing and mindfulness classes, as well as social groups centered on journaling, arts and crafts, and other creative activities.
