Seeing the good doesn't mean ignoring what's wrong. Remember that everything is a part of your journey and you can grow even through the challenges. Sometimes getting angry or feeling negative emotion is the thing that motivates you into action. Be grateful for it all.

I'll never forget the day in the beginning of January in 2018 when I woke up and realized I was living in joy. I wasn't rich, I didn't live a fancy life, but I was happy. I was building a practice, focused on my meditation practice, doing inner healing work, and choosing to focus on my blessings and gratitude every day. I had been living this single mom life for several years but something changed. I woke up one day and realized I was happy! This stayed with me every day and I felt like I was walking on clouds. A few short weeks later I met the love of my life and the rest is history. 🥰❤️
