Only a few days left, but if you are eligible for dual coverage, you are allowed to change plans every month if you're not happy with something. This is the last chance (until Dec 7) to make sure your doctor will be continuing to take your Part D plan. Here is a reference to the changes going into effect for 2025.

Medicare open enrollment is now until Dec 7 for 2025. There are major changes this year. Some of the 2024 plans will no longer be around. Others will change their policies & formularies.
